It charges on the second time: 2.50 TL, the third time: 1.90 TL, and the fourth time: 1.20 TL. It costs 5.48 TRL if you use Istanbulkart, and you can get an additional discount if you interchange. For example, if you need to take the T1 Tram and then the F1 Funicular to get to Taksim Square, it will cost you 9,4 Turkish Liras rather than 22.
